Terms & Conditions


Sales

  • löfte.uk to feature selected vendor products and receive agreed commission on every sale (inc VAT, excluding shipping).
  • Payment will automatically be received after 30 days when the refund period has expired.

Shipping

  • Vendor to set shipping cost in Lofte dashboard. Vendor to keep Löfte informed of any changes or updates.
  • If not using Live Connect (available for all vendors using Shopify) the vendor must manage inventory through Lofte dashboard.
  • Products will be shipped by vendor within 2 working days and fulfilled through the Lofte dashboard.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Löfte will notify vendor within 24 hours of pending exchanges & returns once notified by the customer.
  • Exchanges & returns will be sent to vendor (postage paid for by customer in line with löfte general T&C’s as can be seen on www.lofte.uk).
  • Exchanges: vendor to manage exchange of goods and confirm once the exchanged product has been shipped.
  • Returns if faulty: Once vendor has confirmed delivery of returned goods, löfte will refund the customer within 7 working days.

Discounts

  • Vendor to make Löfte aware of sales and discounts prior to launch of sale/discount code.
  • Any discounts on vendor products featured on Löfte will be discussed and confirmed with vendor at least one week before launch of discount.
