What is Löfte and how does it work?


Löfte is an online destination for sustainable fashion, offering a unique curated collection of small brands.


We prove that your style can, and should, be sustainable. Your style, our promise.


Our store is an online marketplace. Your order will be shipped directly to you from our brands, saving on unnecessary transport and helping to reduce our carbon footprint. 


This means if you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately and you may receive different tracking numbers.

Where can I find information on sustainability?


We choose all of our brands for both their unique style and their dedication to sustainability. We research our brands before we partner with them to ensure that sustainability is a fundamental value to them.


We will soon be launching our Löfte philosophies to make it clear and simple which brands uphold which philosophies. Our aim is to give you as much transparency as we can and to make it easier for you to shop by sustainable practices.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?


We don’t have a permanent physical store but we do hold events and pop ups every year! Sign up to our newsletter to be kept up to date with our latest news and events.

Do you offer gift wrapping?


As our orders are sent directly from our brands, we can get in touch with the brands to see if this is possible! Send us an email to help@lofte.uk and we will do our best to get an answer for you asap. 


Do I need an account to place an order?


No, you can place an order as a guest. 


How do I reset my password?


Either reset your password by clicking the forgotten password link when you try to log in, or email us at help@lofte.uk and we can reset your password for you! We always aim to get back to you within one working day.


Do you charge for returns?


No, returns are free! If you want to return an item, please email us at help@lofte.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. You can find out more about our Returns Policy here.


Do you offer exchanges?


Of course! Email us at help@lofte.uk and we will get your exchange sorted for you. You can find more information about our Exchange Policy here.


How can I purchase a gift card?

How is my gift card sent to me? How do I use it?


You will receive your gift card in an email. Your email will contain a unique gift card code that you can use at checkout to redeem its value.


If you ask for a refund for an order placed using a gift card, the amount you paid for using the gift card will be refunded back onto the card.


What size am I?


On most of our product pages you will be able to find sizing information. If you can’t find any and would like some guidance please email us at help@lofte.uk - we try our best to get back to you within one working day, so you shouldn’t have to wait too long!


What are my shipping options? Do you ship internationally?


We do ship internationally! You can view our shipping options here. If you need something gift wrapped or next day delivery, email us at help@lofte.uk and we will do everything we can to get you what you need, when you need it.


What payment methods can I use?


We accept all major credit cards including AMEX. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.


Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?


If you need to amend or cancel an item, please email us at help@lofte.uk as soon as you can. We will always do our best to help you however we can. 


What if there is an incorrect, missing or faulty item in my order?


We’re sorry that there’s an issue with your order. Please email us at help@lofte.uk and we will get your order sorted as soon as we can - we try our best to reply within one working day.


I’m having problems using your site or placing an order, what should I do?

Where is my parcel?


You will receive an update from us via SMS or email (you decide which at checkout) when each of your items has been shipped. This update will include any tracking information. If you don’t have any tracking information or your parcel has not arrived, please send us an email at help@lofte.uk and we will look into this for you. We try our best to get back to you within one working day.


Have you received my return?


We will email you once we have received your return. If you haven’t heard from us and believe we should have already received your parcel, please contact us at help@lofte.uk. We always aim to get back to you within one working day.
