What is Löfte and how does it work?
Our store is an online marketplace. Your order will be shipped directly to you from our brands, saving on unnecessary transport and helping to reduce our carbon footprint. This means if you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately and you may receive different tracking numbers.

Where can I find information on sustainability?
We choose all of our brands for both their unique style and their dedication to sustainability. We research our brands before we partner with them to ensure that sustainability is one of their fundamental values.
We will soon be launching our Löfte philosophies to make it clear and simple which brands uphold which philosophies. Our aim is to give you as much transparency as we can and to make it easier for you to shop by sustainable practices.

Ordering and delivery
Can I place an order without creating an account?
You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just click here and follow the instructions.
Do you offer free returns and exchanges?
What size am I?
On most of our product pages you will be able to find sizing information. If you can’t find any and would like some guidance please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org - we try our best to get back to you within one working day, so you shouldn’t have to wait too long!
What are my shipping options? Do you ship internationally?
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards including AMEX. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.
Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. However, sometimes it might get lost in your Spam or Junk, so have a quick check in there. If you still haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you need to amend or cancel an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can.
We will always do our best to help you however we can and aim to get back to you within one working day.
Why has my order been canceled?
We're sorry your order has been cancelled! We will only cancel orders if information was missing at checkout, if we no longer have the items in stock or if you asked us to. We will always reach out to you first before we cancel your order to let you know what is going on.
If your order was cancelled and you aren't sure why, please contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can, normally within one working day.

Where is my parcel?
You will receive an update from us via SMS or email (you decide which at checkout) when each of your items has been shipped. This update will include any tracking information.

If your order hasn't arrived and you would like an update, please contact us at email@example.com - we will get back to you as soon as we can, normally within one working day.
Can I return or exchange an item?
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
We’re sorry that your order isn't what you were expecting! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get your order sorted as soon as we can - we try our best to reply within one working day.
How long does it take to return an item?
When you contact us about a return, we will send you a free returns label. This is second class so it normally takes 3-5 business days for your return to arrive safely back to us.
Once your return has been received and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive an email when the refund has been processed. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for returns to be processed.

Do you sell gift vouchers? How do they work?
You can buy our gift card for £10, £25, £50 or £100 here. They're a wonderful idea!
You will receive your gift card in an email. Your email will contain a unique gift card code that you can use at checkout to redeem its value.
If you ask for a refund for an order placed using a gift card, the amount you paid for using the gift card will be refunded back onto the card.
